About Me

Hi, I’m Zach!

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CSCS, TPI-C. My mission is to help individuals restore movement, rebuild strength, and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them through personalized, performance-driven physical therapy. With over 7 years of experience in treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal and neuro-muscular conditions, I specialize in tailored rehabilitation plans designed to improve your quality of life.

  • Over my career, I have successfully rehabilitated a wide range of orthopedic, sports, nerve-related, and post-surgical cases, including but not limited to:

    • Lower Extremity: Achilles tendon repairs, ankle fusions/replacements, ACL & meniscus repairs, total knee replacements, hamstring, quadriceps, and patellar tendon repairs, total hip replacements.

    • Spine: Discectomies, laminectomies, spinal fusions.

    • Upper Extremity & Hand: Trigger finger release, carpal and cubital tunnel release, biceps/triceps tendon repairs, rotator cuff and labral repairs, total and reverse total shoulder replacements.
